Goodbye Miss Barlow - After school blog

Sad news room 3 teacher Miss Barlow is leaving our school to go to new school. back in 2013 she was my teacher in room 4 we had good and bad times there but mostly good i am going to miss her so much she was always sweet and kind to me tomorrow we are having a special assembly just for her so yeah i will write a reflection so stay tuned my love goes to her and her family you are welcome to leave a comment and have a great night and day.

Rugby - After school blog

Rugby was first created in 1823 when someone got the ball and ran with it and it was also named after rugby school for football now rugby has become well known in the hole world. rugby is mostly played in Ause and NZ and now people have been playing rugby for since 1987 and they even do the haka too. New zealand has been the most winning team in rugby and they have never stopped like the others teams too fun fact: There are 18 rugby teams in the world. Rugby is mostly played in NZ because americans do not relate to playing rugby there but it is played everywhere but it played the most here. Nothing was challenging but researching how rugby got started and how many teams they were  but i got the information and it is done.

What i found challenging:I found it hard because when i did the rope it did not go too far and also the orange thing but i did it again and again then i got it and it was fun at the end.

What i enjoy:I enjoyed doing the noodle it was really funny and i hope to do it again.

What i can do better:I can try my best to chuck as far as i can and not to say help a very long time.

What i found challenging:i found it hard researching how they make games because the 3d graphics looks good and i want to learn more about games but i got thru it. and it was amazing working on this presentation.

What i enjoy:i enjoyed working on this with my friend because you get work together and your works done fast (Kind of).

What i can do better:i can so more then 8 slides and to find more about games.

Where Are They Now - Shai - Weeknd blog

 Hi i am going talk about the r&b group shai if you don't know who that group  they had a massive hit back in 1992 called if i ever fall in love and another hit called baby im yours and they have other songs and albums like blackface & the song comforter well in the early 2000's two of the members left the group and the other two got two new members that are called g-fly from man of visions and darnell so where are they now. well they are still together and performing and doing a lot of interviews so yeah but i don not know about the other members that left the group but oh well you are welcome to leave a comment and have a great night and day. and they are not dead even the two people that left the group.

What i found Challenging:i found it hard because it was hard and cutting and cutting i was trying my best not to cut myself but i got threw it and it was find.

What i enjoy:i enjoyed having fun with my friends because it was just fun doing our work and having a laugh.

What i can do better:i can work on my design on my clock and make sure it looks great so it can look done and nice after i am done with that class.

MAORI LANGUAGE WEEK ASSEMBLY REFLECTION

Today we had a assembly about celebrating the maori language week first we all stand up for the national anthem then we sat down and said the Prayer. then we watch a video of the people from room 10 that were teaching some maori things.then we sang 3 songs with Mrs Kyla Te Aroha, Matariki song and Tutira Mai. Then room 8 & 2 went up and sang a song it was nice. then room 1 did the colour song mai is white and then room 6 stand up and sang another song. then we watch another video of room 7 106 maori words then some students and teachers got up and played a game (Sorry i do not know the name) but then we sang the matariki song and then we packed up and went back to class.What i found challenging was playing the games and trying my best to not talk. i enjoyed singing the songs because it felt really good.

What i found challenging:I found it easy and hard because i was nervous to swim because i have not swim at a long time but when i got in the pool i felt good and i was having a lot of fun with my friends.

What i enjoy:I enjoyed how the pool was nice and cold and having a great time with my friend and also doing freestyle and swing down to the ground it was just amazing.

What i can i do better:i can try my best at floating more good and to remember the moves from the last lessons that we have.

he was the former bass singer in boyz ll men he was in the group 1988 - 2003 so he his no longer in the group any more but he had a huge career with boyz ll men so where is he now. well he is not dead is still alive he is on the tv show fix my life about his life and he talks about boyz ll men when he was in it and he also feel betrayed because they don't' even talk anymore on own but on 2012 he went to the boyz ll men walk of fame getting there hollywood star where the four of them reunited  so yeah he is still living in la and you are welcome to leave a comment and have a great day and night.

Hi today i am going to be talking about Biz Markie if you do not know who he is

he is an american rapper, beatboxer, actor , comedian, DJ and singer. in 1988 he made songs like vapors and believe it or not one of his song is named Picking boogers on his first album Goin off in 1988. in 1989 he made a great song named just a friend from the album the biz never sleeps that became america's Top 10 hit in 1989 and the song has been covered by many artists. where is he now well he is not dead he is alive he was on the kids show yo gabba gabba he did something called biz beat of the day but now he is on tour name 80's vs 90's around the world and he is now at cleveland and he is probley having the time of his life so yeah that is where he is now and

Starting on our film - After school blog

Today we start to film our scenes for our fitness movie it was so fun so what we did was that someone holding a paper of what they had to say and we an the guy and is reading it teaches us how to do it. it was amazing i got to do one and it was great i did walking with my classmates but they are 2 rows behind me so yeah it was just awesome then we we had a break and played some golden child then we had our morning tea. what i found hard was to be the leader because it is not that easy when people watch you do it but ok and i went threw. i enjoy filming because i have not been in a school movie since 2014 so it felt good to film again and i can not wait to film more stuff next week.

Fitness Reflection T3W8 2017

Today we had our cross country fitness. The students who signed up for cross country, had to ran 2 laps so they went first.
Then i ran with the others it was hard and easy because i catch up but when i started to slowed down but i tried my best then we were done then we all went back to class. i felt Good after that because it is really helping m to be more active and heather and make me tod do more so yeah it was fun and i can not wait for next week.

On tuesday and the rest of the week next week we are going to be filming our short movie about fitness i am exitced because i have never been in a class miv since 2014 and also to hopefully make people laugh because i like making other people laugh so yeah i am exitced for this and the film festival will be happening in term 4 and it will be the 10th year of the film festival so can't wait.

Tongan Language Week Assembly Reflection

Yesterday we celebrate tongan language week and it was amazing 

after morning tea we had a big assembly about tonga we first got up for the national anthem then room 3 got up and said some facts about Tonga then people then room 8 & 2 sang a song like room 6 they were bove great songs and the singed well from my class kiko,metui,toma and akanesi read their poem about their ancestors then room 10 talk about their turtle art foa then lydia and akansi dance it was nice then room 4 did a tongan fashion show with ocean explains then
some of the room 7 girls did a dance that was taught by lydia they did a great job and some of the boys got up and start dancing hard out then they gave out some awards to people for the values and doing the right thing
then teachers and students and another tongan dance and it was crazy because half of the school got up and started dancing a lot then w were done and got ready to eat but one by one as a class to taste tongan but i already have tongan food before so yeah was pretty nice and i can not wait for next year when it happens again so yeah have a great day
