Fitness Reflection - After School Blog

WALT:Write Reflection

Today we did we did fitness the first thing we did was we ran around the bike track i was really tired then we got in our sitions mountain climbers, push ups, plank and Runs then we got a drink and went back to class. I felt tried that i want it to go sleep but it was really fun i can not wait to do it next week.
