waka

Waka

On Wednesday we went to Pt England beach to welcome the waka to New Zealand. We had to walk on the footpath on to grass the to wait. As we were waiting was long we wait , wait, , wait and wait everyone was a boredom later it  started we heard the horn it made a special sound for the Waka  and we stand up and done the haka 2 times and two special Waiatas 3 times we sat down the wet grass and hear to many  speeches and we will like oh two long to long and we went to hi-5 the people from the waka and from hawaii and we walk back to sit under a tree and waiting for the 2 bus my neck was dried and then we went back to school and had a nice drink and lunch and enjoy the rest of the day and night.
