Fitness Reflection - T2W2 - After school blog - 2017

WALT:Write About Reflection
Today after morning tea we had fitness the first thing we did we got in our groups went for a walk around the bike track then we spit to our stations. The first thing that we did was when we have to bend down and go stand back up with your legs the we did sit ups and push ups after all of that we finished then we went back to class. I felt tired because it was so sore but it was really fun i am excited to do it tomorrow.
